The Emperor's Wrath

It's been awhile since i wrote. The reason i didnt keep up with it was because my time was limited and its either write or play. So of course i've been playing. I made it all the way to lvl 55 and complete the hutt cartel expansion. When i had to defeat darth baras, he was pretty tough. I tried to kill him a bunch of times and kept dying so i went and upgraded my armor and was able to defeat him then. I started playing Illum and got stuck on admiral shai. He kept putting a heal block on me so i kept dying. So i waited till i was lvl 55 and went back and killed him. I realize most people have been able to kill him around lvl 50 and that's great but its a pain to keep dying and having to repair my armor. I tried to avoid groups because i like to solo and i dont always have time to be in a group. Anyway, after Illum, i finished off Makeb. I had to get help with the archon. I know its possible to solo him but it cost me 40k just to repair armor and its not worth to keep spending that much. So i asked for help in my guild and my guild leader helped. At first, we kept trying to kill the droids and then attack the archon. We weren't doing good. After i died again, i just went up to it and just kept hitting me while she was taking out the droids. We killed it pretty fast then. So now i'm completely done with story line of the game. My next goal is to work on dailies and get rich. Maybe do some flashpoints here and there. I started doing dailies earlier this week and i went from 70k to 300k in short time. I only did 2 planets too. So thats pretty cool. I'm happy that i finally completely got through the game. Most people, it takes about a month or less if there brand new. I started in april and its july. The reason for that is because i get maybe an average of 2 hours a day. Very seldom i get a full day to play. I'm glad that i took my time though because it gives me something to look forward too and i'm not getting bored with. I want to start working on other characters too. I already started working on an assassin, i will post about that in my next log. I plan to do a marauder and a sorcerer too. I'm not sure if i will go with bounty hunter and imperial agent. I like hitting stuff with a light saber but we'll see. Well that is all for now. Thanks for reading.

Madtragg's log 29Apr13

Over the last few days I managed to make it to level 19. I'm now on the planet Balmore and at the point where I need to fight Commander Rylon. I tried to fight him at level 18 but he was too strong with the fire attack. I did some research and some people have been able to kill him at level 19 so I will give that a try when I get a chance. I was able to save up enough money and I got a speeder. Which is really nice to have. Took me awhile because I kept having to spend credits on medipacs and skill upgrades. I'm thinking about make another character just so I can mail credits too for money storage so I 'm not touching it. Apparently there is nowhere to deposit credits. I also played with my coworker the other night and he helped me get a datacron on balmore. Its the one that gives +2 strength. So that was pretty cool. So far i'm still making dark decisions so no more light ones getting in my way. I was also just messing around and went back to korriban just to see how strong I am. I can kill anything with one hit. I did the heroic mission with the massive amount of slugs and killed them all. Of course I didn't get much experience from it but that's ok.  That is all for today.  Will try to make weekly updates.

A New Sith is born

Welcome to my blog. A quick background, I originally came from the mmo uncharted waters online, played that for 2 years. I then got tired of it and moved on to eve. I played eve for about 5 months and decided to quit. I gave SWOTR a try and got addicted right away. So I made a sith warrior named MADTRAGG. Like everyone else I started at the academy and worked for the overseer. Then Darth Baras asked me to kill the overseer and bring him his hand. So I had a choice of just cutting off his hand or killing him. I am true sith so I killed him. I then received my companion Vette, at first I was straight up mean too her and shocked her all the time with the shock collar. But when we got to the next planet dromound, I decided to free her from it. We then did some quests and the story line quest made it to level 15 and received my space ship. I made a few mistakes during the course of dromound of making light decisions. I wasn't aware that it could bite me later on so I immediately stopped making light decision. I think I will be ok from now on. I haven't made to many light decisions. My friend gave me a lot of tips on this game about the legacy tree and the datacrons. Once I get midlevel I will put on a search for those datacrons. Right now I just made it to level 16 and i'm on the next planet in the story line. I cant remember what its called. I'm trying to grind a lot more so when I leave the planet, I'll be ready for the next one. I'll try to post an update once a week to talk about my adventures. I plan to make more characters once I finish madtragg and have them continue my legacy. As for pvp in the game, I will probably get in to that once I get high level or next character. I heard its faster to level pvp but right now i'm just worried about doing the story line and learning about the game. Well that is all for now. Thanks for reading.
